History
Estamode was founded in 1945. At the beginning, the company produced small parts for the electric transformer industry. Estamode, in its small workshops, manufactured their own die tools, stamped parts and distributed them in the local market. The company continued to grow to become one of the largest national electrical stamping companies, while being a family-owned company.
The manufacturing of electrical motor cores started in 1985. This new business line expanded the company. Soon, the company moved its production facilities to the current plant in El Portazgo industrial estate. By 1992, the company had developed all the basic techniques of production and serial manufacturing.
The company continued its development in sectors such as the automotive and domestic appliances due to the growing demand. New production lines and the systematization of processes were the basis of the development.
In 2003 the company was acquired by SAMCA Group, an important Aragonese company which promoted its growth. This integration allowed the entry into the elevation market, wind mill generation, traction and other market areas that require large magnetic cores. Synergies were generated to start business abroad.
Today, Estamode is a young, strong company whose staff works with enthusiasm in a project that grows day by day. We are people working for people. We are creative and technically skilled. We are stampers and generate movement, but the most important thing is we are what we want to be.
