APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) projects management is the means by which we establish the necessary steps to make sure the product will satisfy completely our client.

Since a new project is taken into account, it is meticulously analysed in all its technical and service aspects to be fulfilled : the required tolerances of the product are studied, the manufacture process to fulfil the client’s needs is designed, the offers for the manufacture of the matrices are studied, moulds and tools are selected to guarantee the quality of the product - looking for the best relation quality-price, supply of material, the license of the product is made, and we agree with the client about the packaging that best adapts to his needs.

We also carry out studies of statistic capacities to confirm the validity of the process. And in general all those activities that will assure that the product gives our client satisfaction.
